The first lunar eclipse or Chandra Grahan of 2020

Suvbharat Times/ 09012020/ The lunar eclipse will start from 10.36 pm on Friday night and continue till 2.44 am on Saturday. This will be known as a penumbral eclipse. It happens when the moon passes through the Earth’s outer shadow or penumbra. According to the report, the lunar eclipse will be visible on January 10 and 11 in Asia, Africa, Europe, and Australia, and in some parts of the Americas.
